3. Acceptance Criteria for Returns (Eligibility)

4. Operational Liability for Transit Costs

The responsibility for logistical expenses is allocated based on the nature of the return:

  • Seller Liability: In instances where the return is necessitated by a validated product defect, structural failure, or an erroneous shipment on our part, Sprnglaed will assume full financial liability for all return transit expenses.

  • Consumer Liability: For voluntary returns based on personal preference or a "change of mind," the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping premiums paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

5. Restricted and Non-Refundable Merchandise
